*** Hybrid Position- a few days from home and a few day from the office; Must be located in the Salt Lake City area (Ogden to Provo).*
Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist managers and specialists in the completion of their duties within the Marketing Function. This role will be assigned to a variety of tasks ranging from production coordination to data research. This role will collaborate with every role level within the Marketing function.
***Salary for this position is $24 to $26 per hour.
Role and Responsibilities
+ Assist in day-to-day responsibilities of the marketing department.
+ Assist in posting content creation i.e. articles, blog posts, press releases, and scripts.
+ Assist managers and specialists in the development of media campaigns that recruit new students.
+ Assist in website updates.
+ Assist with graduation and other College events.
+ Assist in ordering printed marketing materials and maintaining inventory of swag.
+ Assist with the College's online apparel store.
+ Perform market research as needed.
+ Assist in maintaining the company's culture.
+ Assist in identifying marketing trends.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred.
+ Proficiency in the following programs: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
+ Some remote work and travel may be required.
This position is required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for all travel and lodging accommodations.
