About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working collaboratively across teams. With strong performance, this position has the potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role within 2–3 years. What You’ll Do + Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. + Manage and optimize social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer outreach. + Create and distribute marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, sales collateral, and website updates. + Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and industry events. + Collaborate with the sales team to generate call lists and support outreach efforts. + Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. + Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. + Help to support RFP’s / Bids and other time sensitive administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For + 2 years of marketing experience. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop. + Experience managing social media for business. + Strong organizational and analytical skills.
