Marketing Coordinator
Description We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team in the legal industry. Based in BALTIMORE, Maryland, this role involves the utilization of various skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Responsibilities: • Coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects • Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud to design and create marketing materials • Managing content on the Content Management System (CMS) • Interacting with clients and maintaining client relationships through CRM • Handling editorial duties to ensure quality content • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives • Collaborating with the team to align marketing strategies and objectives • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans • Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the legal industry. • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools for creating marketing materials. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve marketing goals. • Knowledge of legal industry trends and ability to apply this understanding to marketing strategies. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness. • Ability to work within deadlines and manage time effectively. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies and ideas. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
