Marketing Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Marketing Coordinator will support members of the marketing department and will work on multiple channels across multiple brands. This position is a hands-on position that will provide the right candidate with an ideal environment to learn and grow as a marketing professional. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): * Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows * Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities * Help identify media and public relations opportunities * Support sales and business development teams for multiple brands * Assist in creating and updating collateral and sales sheets * Perform competitive price shopping calls and regularly gather competitive intel across all brands * Assist in updating B2B and B2C communications in HubSpot * Assist Communications Manager and utilize HubSpot to create lists and reports * Other duties as assigned PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND: * Outstanding written and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are vital. * Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines. * Must have an introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
