You will report directly to our Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and provide support to the Director of Marketing and CMO.   Job Responsibilities:  + Referral Program - Manage Marketing’s portion of the Referral Program + Support Client Advisors: +  Personalize flyers and brochures for Client Advisors as requested + Customize and modify all marketing collateral to reflect new brand guidelines ' + Update Client-facing advertising pieces + Track projects and team activities + Assist with client communications + Tailor customer power point presentations for event speakers  + Support Event Planning + Assist in administrative functions necessary to coordinate events, including packing and +    unpacking materials, and gathering content for promotion and support of the speakers + Attendance at some events is mandatory + Support key tactics of the team’s marketing programs + Support company welcome days and internal and external events + Assign speakers to sessions for events and conferences + Add sessions to Cvent app + Add presentation slides to sessions as appropriate + Run pre-set reports and perform any additional formatting (ex. removing certain fields like emergency contact info) from Cvent app + Check email and send report for bounces & correct email addresses if possible, or report issues to Director of Marketing + Check exhibitors to make sure all data is complete + Add pre-approved content to Cvent app (ex. attire, FAQ, reimbursement process, wi-fi) + Add supporting resources to Cvent app as needed + Data Entry where required + Support Sponsorships + Input new sponsorships requests on Excel Spreadsheet + Reach out to client advisors for missing forms + Place orders for swag/booth materials Qualifications/Skills:  + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point + Ability to multi- task and work in a fast-paced environment. + Project Management Experience helpful + Excellent written and oral communication skills  + Ability to learn quickly and navigate new systems  + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills  + Passion for learning & problem-solving  Behavioral Guidelines:  + Being coachable + Ability to generate solutions into challenges + Extremely organized with a focus on performing repeatable processes. Excellent at both   planning and execution + Excellence in Project Management + Self-directed and shows initiative + Ability to interact well with other members of the team + Adheres to and exemplifies integrity, respectfulness, and positivity Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:  + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline  + 1-2 years of experience in marketing is preferred but not required.
