This position is responsible for developing census through relationship management with prospective families, residents, referral sources and other key stakeholders.  Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans.

Responsibilities Maintains, develops or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgeted goals.Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans.Utilizes lead management software for tracking prospects, scheduling activities and reporting data.Serves as primary contact for incoming inquiries from prospects and referral sources and responds to inquiries within identified timeframe.Conduct systematized, proactive follow-up with prospects and referral sources.Cultivates referrals and inquiries and maintains relationships.Prepare for and conduct appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

One to three years of marketing experience.

 

Qualifications Preferred:  

Sales/marketing experience; housing sales preferredBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism and/or related field.Experience leading, coaching, developing staff
