Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE
Responsible in managing exhibitions in North America and executing several marketing projects related to product launch campaigns, innovations, and local promotion.
As the job is located in North America, the marketing coordinator is also a key support for the local Sales Americas team (North and South America).
Reports to the Marketing and Communication manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage local exhibitions (between 4 to 6 events a year) i.e. content, logistic, samples, etc.
Measuring the impact of the events and setting up evaluations with all stakeholders to keep improving what we are doing and the impact we are making
Coordinate and implement local marketing projects as part of the marketing plan
Support the communication project leader in adapting locally all the promotional documents
Train local sales teams on Amcor offers
Plan, organize & execute Annual Capsules Sales Meeting in Americas
Be a marketing partner of the sales team during “innovation meetings” at customers and develop partnership events with Distributors
Be a “push” actor on promoting the strategic product offers for the North & South American market
Interact with many people in the organization: Communication, R&D, plants, sales teams and with customers

Qualifications & Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Fluent English. Additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a plus
Packaging experience is useful but not a prerequisite
Specific Skills and Abilities
Strong organization and planning skills for event management
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Communication and presentation skills (Good knowledge of Powerpoint use.)
