Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations - Water Safety & Control (Wilkins) business unit, the Marketing Coordinator & Analyst is responsible for the coordination of all activities to support onsite training at the Paso Robles, CA manufacturing site and assist with coordination of offsite training activities as needed.
This role will also develop analytics / reports as needed to support strategy deployment and orders / sales attainment for the Wilkins Division. This will include collecting and providing reports that will be utilized by the management team on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The Marketing Coordinator and Analyst will also assist in ad-hoc analysis/special projects/strategic initiatives and play role in developing dynamic and visual data representation in Tableau; which is a data visualization platform used throughout Zurn Elkay.
Key Accountabilities
· Own the coordination of training events at the Paso Robles, CA manufacturing site. This includes development of agendas, attendee lists, reservations, training center setup and notification/communications ahead of and after events.
· Own the schedule for the training room (beyond training) working with other departments to book the room.
· Build and track key metrics on trainings.
· Assist our remote trainer in coordinating offsite trainings.
· Own and manage inventory of all supplies needed at the training center.
· Assist with analytics relating to sales, pricing, programs, strategic plans and other commercial initiatives.
· Own the development of Tableau dashboards which measure performance towards business strategies.
· Investigate key market opportunities, helping to build the case for which growth initiatives we should pursue.
· Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams as needed in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
· Assist with special, ad-hoc projects as required.
· Identify and execute continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate/advanced Excel experience.
· Experience with tableau preferred but not required.
· Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
· Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
· Ability to work individually or in a team atmosphere

Competitive Salary Range - $68,640 - $75,000
The compensation range(s) identified above are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
