CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Marketing Coordinator, Programs. Type: Contract Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote) Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $19-20 per hour Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration preferred, or equivalent) A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Description: The Marketing Coordinator, Programs is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Network of Preferred Installers (NPI) Program. Based on the guidance and direction provided by the Channel Programs and Online Education Manager, this role will execute various activities of the NPI Program, including training records, point of sale, warranty submissions, and Design/Wins. The coordinator will also provide support for channel programs and events. Reports to: Channel Programs and Online Education Manager Key Responsibilities: Provide daily customer service support to sales teams and program members Support annual program marketing plans and assist with their execution under the manager’s direction Promote training opportunities and manage training records in Salesforce for visibility and tracking Build relationships with key program members to stay connected to opportunities and market dynamics Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategies for the NPI Program Support day-to-day NPI Program execution, including training records, point of sale, warranty, and Design/Win processing Develop processes to manage program requests efficiently Handle membership requests through the NPI Inbox alongside the NPI Program Manager Support Channel program and event initiatives as defined by the manager Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions, including their applications and value Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred), or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in a customer-facing position Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage challenging customers with professionalism Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking Experience with Salesforce preferred Additional Information: No third-party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third-party vendors) CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website by clicking the link below or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to Jamie.Robinson@ctg.com.
