Marketing Coordinator I
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator I for their Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + The Marketing Coordinator, Programs is responsible for managing day to day operations of the Network of Preferred Installers Program. + Based on the guidance and direction provided by the Channel Programs and Online Education Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing various day to day activities of the Network of Preferred Installers Program such as training records, point of sale, warranty submissions, and Design/Wins. + In addition, they will provide support for channel programs and events. + Reports to Channel Programs and Online Education Manager + Provide daily customer service support to sales teams and program members + With guidance from manager, support annual program marketing plans and the execution of those plans + Promote training opportunities and manage training records in Salesforce for easy visibility and tracking + Build relationships with key program members to stay connected to opportunities and market dynamics + Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategies for the NPI Program + Support day to day NPI Program execution to include training records, point of sale, warranty, and Design/Win processing + Develop process and cadence to manage program requests most efficiently + Support day to day membership requests through the NPI Inbox alongside NPI Program Manager + Support Channel program and event initiatives as defined by manager + Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Client Optical Communications’ products and solutions, their applications and value Requirements + Bachelor degree - Business Administration preferred, or equivalent + 2 years’ experience minimum + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Prior experience in a customer-facing position. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Capability to manage challenging customers with tact and professionalism. + Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team. + Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking along with outstanding organizational abilities. + Skilled in utilizing computer systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
