Marketing Coordinator IMETA

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all logistics related to marketing events and provide administrative support regarding marketing activities. This position directly reports to the Head of Marketing IMETA and will be business partnering with Brand Managers and sales management. **Role & Responsibilities** _Event Management_ • Plans, prepares, coordinates and implements regional and international marketing events in coordination with the brand team • Designs and distributes the invitation, prepares the briefing documents, negotiates and secures a venue, organizes hotel, travel and visa for delegates and monitors the budget, • Supports and monitors the agenda and entertainment program • Handles requests on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly • Conducts post event evaluation and event cost analysis and reconciling it with approved budget _Logistics_ • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and logistics department in the distribution and shipment of promotional materials including heavy weight shipments • Prepares the packing list, schedules the packing and shipment of marketing materials to ensure timely distribution to countries/customers _Administration and Coordination_ + Supports the Marketing & asset team with administrative tasks as required + Onboarding & educating relevant new joiners on Company systems & processes + Documentation & archiving as per SOPs + Gathers product sales data information and prepares presentations as directed + Conducts market research as and when needed + Assumes independent responsibility for special projects **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business administration + Minimum 2 years of experience within a similar setting + Excellent project management experience + Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, IBP and Financial planning processes would be an asset. + Analytical skills, Proactive, Passion for performance and improving processes, Positive demeanor, Proven ability to collaborate cross functional, Interpersonal and communication skills, + Business fluent in English + Business fluent in Arabic & French will be a plus **What’s Next?** We are looking forward to receiving your application!
