Responsibilities Drives the social media narrative for Beebe by developing and implementing data-driven digital communications strategies. Duties will include implementing organic digital campaigns and creation of content across a variety of channels, tracking campaign progress, developing digital materials, collating content, updating online assets, and streamlining social media processes and procedures. Working collaboratively with partners, manage and maintain social media channels. Coordinate the needs of the Communications and Outreach Team, as well as other key stake holders, within Beebe’s CRM for marketing, events and emails. Create email journeys for campaigns, review and optimize performance. Serve as the liaison between the Communications and Outreach team and Microsoft, external technical support and Beebe’s IS team to troubleshoot issues and manage updates. Other duties as assigned such as copy writing and editing, graphics creation, event support, etc. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Communications and Outreach, with a strong dotted line to the VP, Chief Communications Officer. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms. Creative thinker who researches, identifies, and adapts the latest social media trends. Working knowledge of the following: CRM platforms, marketing automation, email automation, virtual presentation and meeting tools, analytics and data visualization platforms, content management platforms, and other marketing technology/solutions. The following are also recommended: digital asset management and graphic design tools, project management applications, coding and scripting languages. 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Credentials Education Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related required. Two to four years' experience in marketing, public relations and/or communications in any consumer-focused industry required. Two to four years advanced experience with social media strategy and maintenance, digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation. Salaries starting at USD $55,411.20/Yr.
