Sotheby’s International Realty Inc.’s Manhattan offices are searching for a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for creating marketing and advertising collateral for the market, presenting to agents and external clients, and providing insight and innovation to help agents grow their business. This role reports to our Regional Director of Marketing, Manhattan. This is an in-person role.
Responsibilities:
Help manage marketing for a large group of real estate agents, spending time to learn their business and tailor marketing collateral to their needs. Create marketing and field enablement materials to support Sotheby’s International Realty Aid with customization and use of available marketing materials, templates, and programs. Present at sales meetings and training sessions for agents on marketing topics and tools. Join management team on recruiting meetings with new agents, co-lead agent presentations with clients for new listings, and attend and present at other in-person meetings as needed. Facilitate the launch of properties/listings by creating promotional materials including social media, property brochures, property specific websites, and more. Create digital and print marketing materials for agents to self-promote such as newsletters, brochures, and postcards using brand templates (occasional custom designs.) Work with colleagues in the Manhattan marketing department to ensure Other duties as assigned by management to assist in the operation of the office/marketing department.
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ marketing or advertising experience; experience in the real estate industry preferred. Customer-first mindset and passion for working with diverse teams, clients and partners. Passion for people, and strong presentation abilities to senior-level audiences, top real estate agents and high-value clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of real estate databases is a plus. Experience with graphic design, advertising, branding and social media preferred. Ability to work independently and in teams. 4-year degree or relevant real estate marketing or support experience in lieu of a degree.
