iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Marketing Coordinator VIE in our Marketing team you will support day-to-day marketing core activities such as development and adaptation of promotional materials.

Main responsibilities:

Develop strong understanding of customer experience journeys to create and/or deliver experience strategies in an Omnichannel environment.Advance on Go-to-Market models (face-to-face, peer-to-peer and 100% digital) for a strong customer engagement (propose, develop, and deliver solutions).Support day-to-day marketing core activities such as development and adaptation of promotional materials, thing digital, financial, and budget controlling, analyzing return over investment (tangible and intangible), among others.Lead and conduct internal and external events, being responsible for organizing booths, symposia, sponsorships, negotiations with 3rd parties, materials for distribution, meeting confirmations, events agency etc.Strong execution drive regarding planned marketing activities, keeping a strategic thinking to prioritize and re-prioritize tactics and timings.Competitive market understanding: keeping track of competitors moves, identifying opportunities/proposing tactics for brand differentiation to obtain better market results and gain market share.Support internal processes, deal with E-buy, SAP, Veeva, Promomats, SharePoint and other software and systems.

About you
 

Experience:

Experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on marketing and/or sales.Experience in project/product management will be an asset.
 

Soft and Technical skills:

Excellent communication skills.Project and time management skills.Data Analysis skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Agile and proactive person willing to learn.A team-oriented attitude.Transversal Cooperation.Sense for initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
 

Education:

Master’s degree in Business Administration / Business / Marketing or a related field.
 

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal).Portuguese would be a plus.
