Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels. Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop and curate content for various marketing platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
Manage and grow social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Stay updated on industry trends and analyze social media performance.
Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities. Handle event logistics, registrations, and on-site support as needed.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Use this data to recommend marketing strategies and campaign improvements.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing efforts. Prepare reports that summarize key metrics, insights, and areas for optimization
Oversee the production and inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners for activities such as printing, advertising, and promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, process invoices, and ensure cost-effective spending. Provide regular updates on the budget's status and forecasts.
Create and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging.
Plan and execute brand-focused campaigns that communicate the company's mission and values, while monitoring their impact on brand perception.
Work with customer service to ensure interactions align with the brand's values.
Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships to elevate the brand's visibility and reputation.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to produce compelling content.
Proficiency with marketing tools and software such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements.
Creative thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
