Location: Hybrid Wilmington - 2 days/week on site

We are seeking a Marketing Data Insights & Analytics Manager to lead our marketing analytics team. The ideal candidate will not only have advanced analytical skills but also possess a strong ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights and analytics solutions for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies. Analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior, segmentations, and campaign performance.SAS Expertise: Utilize SAS software to extract, analyze, and interpret data. Develop and optimize models and data-driven solutions that support marketing decisions and strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to identify key performance metrics, develop reporting tools, and implement insights that drive business results.Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate marketing performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Utilize analytics to inform strategic marketing decisions, help forecast trends, and evaluate marketing budgets and spending efficiency.Project Management: Oversee analytics projects from concept through to execution, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.Continuous Improvement: Stay current on best practices in marketing analytics, emerging tools, and technologies, and ensure that the team continually improves analytical techniques and processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a people management or leadership role.Advanced experience with SAS (Base SAS, SAS SQL, SAS Macros, and SAS Viya) for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.Proven track record of applying data-driven insights to improve marketing strategy and business outcomes.
