**Brief Job Overview**
The position is a non-supervisory position in our Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for implementing the data strategy in relation to USP’s Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and maintaining data quality between USP’s Salesforce CRM and the MAP. The role will also support in data normalization, marketing data audits, and internal training on data management practices.

The position is critical to USP establishing a Center of excellence in Digital Marketing. The position will be responsible for:
+ Data Quality: Monitor and maintain data quality between CRM and MAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Conduct data enrichment activities to improve the quality and depth of customer and prospect information.
+ Marketing Data Audits: Perform regular audits of marketing data to identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records.
+ Seamless Integration of Data: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration across platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools). Oversee the integration, collection and storage of data from different digital marketing channels.
+ Data Normalization: Assist in standardizing and normalizing data, including setting up validation rules, filters, and workflows for data entry.
+ Data Quality Reports: Provide regular reports and updates on the status of data quality initiatives, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
+ Training: Train internal teams on proper data management practices to reduce errors and maintain data quality across systems.
**Who is USP Looking For?**
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, business, or a related field
+ 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or a related field and experience with Salesforce CRM system and Marketing Automation Platforms (preferably Marketo)
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for reporting on data, familiarity with SQL or other query languages for advanced data management tasks and experience with data governance and familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and transformation
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cross-departmental data alignment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and train others in data management best practice.
**Additional Desired Preferences**
+ Expertise with SQL or other query languages for advanced data management tasks
+ Understanding of how to build a variety of marketing models, including attribution models
+ Demonstrated interest in identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
