Marketing Delivery Assoc Sr, Activation and Campaign Management

About this position:

The Marketing Delivery Assoc Sr on the Activation and Campaign Management team will be responsible for the campaign execution of existing customer credit card campaigns sponsored by the Chase Offers and Shopping marketing team. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for oversight of multiple credit card marketing campaigns of varying complexity across multiple delivery channels, e.g., email, direct mail, banner. They will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, and will own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals for campaign documentation. They will also identify opportunities to improve processes, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required 3+ years of marketing execution, project coordination/management or similar experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership potential, including the ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries Excellent project management and organization skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
