BAT IRAQ IS LOOKING MARKETING DEPLOYMENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: Erbil, Iraq

FUNCTION: Marketing

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES.

This role is responsible for coordinating between all relevant functions to ensure that all the launches and operational plans are meticulously planned and best matched for each market in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA). It includes supporting the cycle planning process for each market in the MEC and overseeing the planning and execution of NC & FMC consumer and trade engagement activities, both online and offline.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support the implementation of brand plans to generate value within targeted segments & growth spaces.Recommend touchpoints for the execution of the activities. Ensure markets have the right level of merchandising materials in stock.In-store expression adaptation of touchpoints, localizing brand message/translation.Constant monitoring & tracking Brand Spend Expenditures to ensure activities are within budget.Contribute to the evaluation of NC & FMC launches with key recommendations on approach and activations for future rollouts.Support to plan, implement, and evaluate the activities stipulated in the cycle plan.Responsible for tracking KPIs for new product initiatives by markets to make sure the targets are achieved.Engage and manage relationships with external agencies and global suppliers.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration with 3-5 years of work experience in Brand/Trade Marketing.Project Management skills are a must, enabling multi-category management (NC & FMC).Demonstrate an interest in trade, consumer insights, campaign development, and execution.Ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment with quick turnaround times and stretched timelines.Basic understanding of Agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives.Good analytical and problem-solving skills to embrace challenging situations.
