We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/ initiatives for Patient Care Solutions products (PCS)Supervise the PCS Marketing team and provide guidance and feedback to the marketing professionals and extended functionsDrive execution of annual marketing plan and go to market strategyProduce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficientlyPlan and execute campaigns for segment activities, timely launching of new products and install base initiativesDrive market intelligence, market sizing, competitive intelligence and portfolio segmentationDrive sales enablement through content creation and library availability to ensure all content is up to date and available to both direct and indirect colleaguesExecute quarterly communications from newsletters to townhalls to social media brand/product awarenessManage marketing budgets and allocate resources amongst initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.Maintain brand standards and ensures compliance throughout external contentBuild Key opinion leaders’ data base to leverage from insights, events and campaignsWork closely with the sales team to unify sales and marketing strategiesRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience as a marketing director in the Healthcare sectorDegree in marketing, communication, or similar relevant fieldIn depth knowledge of market researchExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsTeam playerProficient in Microsoft officeExpertise in CRMs such as Sales force.com, DOMO and Power BI
