As the Marketing Director, Stock Plan and Executive Services, you will be responsible for creating the Empower value proposition for this high-visibility product vertical. You’ll partner with other marketing teams in the development of value proposition, sales systems, and marketing materials for B2B audiences. You will also be responsible for creating participant-facing campaigns and education, aligned with the key activities related to stock plan and executive services. Critical audiences include benefit/compensation executive decisionmakers, consultants/advisors, as well as participant audiences who are eligible for equity/planning. The success measure of this role is tightly aligned to the achievement of sales goals and overall satisfaction; the role will partner with other marketing professionals and be supported by our internal creative agency.
What you will do:
Identify key provider selection priorities for plan sponsors/benefits and compensation executive decision makers, advisors and consultantsPartner closely with Product Development, Sales, and Service teams for opportunities to innovate and evolve the product offerGather marketplace feedback and insights; respond efficiently to requests or ideas that can drive resultsEstablish a market-leading narrative, value proposition, and messaging, including connection to thought leadership content, and integrate into workplace sales storyEffectively partner with participant marketing team and personal wealth team to develop a campaign calendar that integrates with other workplace campaign touchpointsFor stock plan services: develop plan participant campaign/education calendar(s), with messaging and CTA based on key milestones such as plan eligibility, enrollment, award vesting, etc. For executive services: create enrollment and education programs that reflect a concierge level of support, in partnership with personal wealth advisorsIntegrate personalized campaigns into Empower’s sophisticated multi-channel campaign engineCreate compelling packaging programs with a focus on digital execution Seek and interpret data analytics and develop case studies to validate results and support salesDevelop sophisticated, cost-effective multi-media selling systems; train sales teams on their effective useMeasure effectiveness across a variety of dimensions to continuously refine prospect and participant engagementEvaluate and manage return on marketing investment
What you will bring:

$123,000.00 - $178,350.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
