Summary: The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in our marketing department, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition, enhancing brand recognition, and overseeing a range of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: * Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals * Lead and manage a team of two to three marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support * Implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new patients and enhance brand visibility * Utilize a range of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods * As a Marketing Director, you will monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns including creating reports for management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners * Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation
