Marketing Director Pizza Hut Latin America & Caribbean

Role Overview

As the Director of Marketing for LA&C, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and driving marketing strategies working alongside Franchisees operating our Pizza Hut Business in 25 countries in the Region ensuring the Brand is driven by our R.E.D Strategy (Relevant – Easy - Distinctive). Oversee Marketing Plans and Calendars while providing clear guidance on Global Brand Strategies and Big Bets as well as crafting the priorities for the LA&C Region. Lead the Regional Marketing Fund serving as President of the Board to inform key initiatives provided by the Regional Fund. This role demands a seasoned leader with a comprehensive understanding of QSR industry, Marketing Planning & Calendar, Digital landscapes, a track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives in a highly matrixed organization.

Role Responsibilities

Work closely with General Manager to lead the Marketing Strategy to drive Regional Sales & Traffic Growth  Brings to life Global Brand Purpose & Growth Agenda adapted to priorities and needs for LA&C Region Partner with Franchisees & Marketing Teams to develop Local Marketing Plans, Calendar, Consumer Promotions, Value Offers Architecture, Pricing & Menu Architecture, Product Innovation Pipeline, Digital Growth Strategies, Investment, Media Strategy & Optimization (ESOP Lense) and Cultural Partnerships to deliver Sales Overnight and Brand Overtime. Lead, Creates and Provides Annual Marketing Calendar for Regional Marketing Fund inclusive of Consumer Research, Concept Testing, Product Innovation Pipeline, Agency Management, Creative Brief, Production and Toolkit Framework for Markets to implement Drives Marketing Digitalization through Martech partnerships Regionally and Locally to accelerate Online Penetration Growth across channels (E-commerce, Food Aggregators, CRM, Loyalty, Media Optimization)  Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen by understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Collaborate cross functionally with Teams at a Global, Regional and Local Level (Operations, Development, Finance and Food Innovation) to enable effective execution of marketing and sales programs. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Build Plans to drive Marketing Initiatives through strategic global partnerships with regional presence (PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Uber Eats, Google, Meta, TikTok and others) Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and present findings to senior management. Leads On-going Regional Virtual Updates & Trainings to inform Regional Performance and Big Bets Progress

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree a plus Proven experience (7-10+ years) in Marketing with leadership capacity Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to drive Marketing Agenda across the organization  Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization Outstanding interpersonal and communication / presentation skills, with ability to partner well with other team members and interface effectively with all levels of management Proven experience managing Creative & Media Agencies, Digital Martech and Consumer Research  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights, and proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive decision-making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams while working with multiple stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on key objectives demonstrating leadership, project management, and planning skills Bilingual – English/Spanish written and spoken required Current Passport, traveling up to 25% domestically and internationally
