As a Marketing Enabler, you will play a key role in crafting and implementing seamless omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with broader local disease area objectives. You will collaborate with diverse partners, both locally and internationally, to deliver marketing excellence and contribute to a customer-centric vision.

The Opportunity:

You partner with cross-functional disease area teams to define long-term, mid-term, and short-term outcomes, focusing on customer experience and marketing strategies.

You develop and implement marketing and omnichannel strategies that enhance customer experience and achieve brand management goals, demonstrating your experience in similar roles.

You lead the implementation of marketing and omnichannel plans across various disease areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You regularly review and optimize strategies based on insights, customer feedback, and customer facing input to ensure continuous alignment with customer needs and strategic outcomes.

You create and customize compelling content, including marketing messaging and campaigns, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You align local marketing objectives with regional and global strategies, using cross-country alliances and networked ways of working to improve impact.

You monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and activities, using insights to inform future strategies.

Who You Are:

You bring 7+ years of strategic and tactical expertise in marketing and omnichannel customer engagement, with a strong background in healthcare marketing.

You have deep knowledge of customer insights, market research, and competitive trends to make informed decisions.

You are skilled in applying both traditional and digital marketing channels and analyzing data to measure the impact of omnichannel engagement.

You have experience in oncology, rare conditions, or other relevant disease areas and a strong understanding of the healthcare environment.

You are a collaborative teammate with excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, and you’re driven by results.
