App Optimization Project:
A lot of Android Apps are optimized for phones and applied to Tablets. This Intern would be expected to analyze app usage & prioritize key apps, download them on our latest Tablet and propose areas of opportunities to optimize those apps for Tablet usage.
Marketing Enhancements Project:
CRN: Review post purchase emails/push notifications for consumers with regard to Tablets. Analyze (1) how often are Tablets included in standalone emails vs HHP, Eco Products, (2) how often are we included within another product email (3) What is the CTR and Purchase Impact of both types of emails (standalone, ecosystem emails) (4) What is the ideal time to send out CRN – i.e. At time of purchase, 30 days post purchase, 60 days post purchase.
Channel Marketing: Review Banner/Online Ads across our online retailers: i.e. Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Costco. How do we show our products in comparison to competition - do we focus on price points, features, use cases? What is the traffic toward those ads? Are our competitors tailoring their ads for key seasonal drive times, i.e. BTS or Father's Day?
Premium Marketing: Across Channel and Brand Marketing, CRN, how are we driving premium products in our Marketing vs Competition? Are we sufficiently educating our consumers on our product differentiation features & AI?
Search Engine Optimization: Analysis of Keywords that we drove in 2024, 2025 1H, tracking return on investment, for both general and branded key words.
Channel Expansion Opportunities:
Analyze market opportunities: Where do we play that we are under indexed? Untapped Channel Expansion Opportunities? Samsung vs Competition. Tailor growth opportunities by product: which products would fit into those markets.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
Academic Major Preferred (Undergrad and Masters) Undergrad and or Bachelor's of Science
Comprehensive expertise advanced excel (Macros, PivotTables, Advanced Functions/Lookups) and key industry databases to perform competitor dynamics assessments and create actionable insights from large data sets
Data analysis to identify strategic opportunities to create quantifiable, actionable and executable business upsides
Data Pulls from Key Industry Data Bases
Advanced Excel Analytics & PowerPoint
