The **Marketing Events Manager** is responsible to lead the planning and execution of successful events that drive brand awareness and engagement. Your expertise in event strategy, project management, and marketing will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.
This position is part of the Global Marketing Communications team, and will be hybrid (minimum 3 days a week working from the office). This role can be based in any of the following locations: Loveland, Colorado, United States; Delft, Netherlands; or Fellbach, Germany.
This is a diverse team, with 10 Associates spread over The Netherlands, Germany, and United States.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Planning and executing external and internal events, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and alignment with business objectives.
+ Coordinating cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event planning, including (but not limited to) logistics, design, content, and promotion.
+ Measuring event success and analyzing data to report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and key performance indicators like MQLs and Funnel Additions.
+ Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
+ Getting involved in exciting projects that have global reach and high visibility to the company.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience and proven track of Event Management.
+ Exceptional project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Availability to travel for domestic and global events.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:**
+ Working in high impact, matrixed and innovative company cultures.
+ Managing significant change/project initiatives including change management experience.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $74,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
