What You Will Do:

The Marketing Sr. Associate role is to provide dedicated support to both Director of Corporate Events and the Chief Marketing Officer to support department operations and collaboration across all segments and functional departments as needed. This role will be the single point of contact for Corporate Marketing department program needs and provide management services that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork. 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist and support with managing Guidehouse company stores and vendor relationships in support of our values to reflect our employee culture and company agenda.

Tradeshow and Event support as needed. Materials/ management with exhibit vendor to ensure properties are available for the Events team.

Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing & Communications, Inclusivity & Diversity, Recruiting and Employee Experience to effectively plan and implement programming and Events.

Maintain and manage Corporate Marketing intranet and content updates.

Maintain and manage Marketing Procurement Card purchases in accordance with current company policies.

Maintain Guidehouse Awards/Accolades database & provide ad-hoc nomination assistance.

Effectively use the firm’s core technology applications, as well as develop/demonstrate solid knowledge of firm wide and practice-specific tools, processes, and databases.

Budgeting & financial oversight for Marketing sponsored events, D.C. United and related activities. Track, process, and manage invoices for Events and Marketing activities, vendors, etc., while ensuring process is followed with procurement and AP. Continuous monitoring and managing of aging reports.

Daily email oversight for various corporate inboxes. (D.C. United, Marketing Operations, etc.)

Maintain a current list and firm-wide calendar of all Marketing sponsored events, memberships & partnerships.

Execute and support special projects and events as needed including C-level events, internal events, D.C. United MLS special events.

Deliver support in a proactive manner and identify 'value add' opportunities.


What You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years’ experience in Marketing in lieu of degree.

Four (4) + years Marketing and Events experience.

Collaborative, focused on solutions, able to see the big picture, and can execute to completion on a timely basis.

Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects with varied deadlines.

Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and with a dynamic team.

Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and alignment to our RIISE values.

Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word; knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary programs.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Professional Services and Consulting experience.

Comprehensive writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.

Experience using a Content Management System (i.e. Sitecore) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
