About the role

 

As a Tradeshow Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Events Lead to plan and execute Insight’s presence at regional and national tradeshows. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, collaborating with creative teams on brand presence, and communicating event details to the sales and marketing teams onsite. The Field Marketing Event Specialist, Tradeshows will be a versatile and proactive teammate who will play a pivotal role in driving event best practices and supporting the overall success of the Field Marketing Events Team.  

 

As a Field Marketing Events Specialist, Tradeshows we will count on you to:

Support the planning, coordination and execution of Insight’s presence at regional and National tradeshows, including public sector events. Contribute to tradeshow strategies and tactics that will drive brand awareness and client engagement Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of event goals, business objectives messaging, and branding. Maintain inventory of tradeshow materials Coordinate pre-show and post-show communications Manage shipping and receiving event materials Process vendor invoices, track expenses and assist with budget tracking Prepare event reports and summaries Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in marketing efforts

 

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, event management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in tradeshow or event coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Enthusiastic problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure events are successful Knowledge of B2B marketing and public sector is a plus Available for 25% travel
