As an Events Marketing Specialist with Amazon Seller Services India, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful seller engagement experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent event management skills, strong creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A deep understanding of the seller community and their evolving needs, coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities, will be crucial for success in this role. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Key job responsibilities
• Designing and executing comprehensive event strategies to connect with the seller community. This will involve conceptualizing innovative event formats, themes, and content to drive maximum participation and impact.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and organize seller-focused events, workshops, and summits. This includes managing event logistics, content development, speaker/partner coordination, and on-site execution.

• Developing compelling event promotion and communication plans to generate awareness and excitement among the seller base. This will require leveraging various channels and platforms to reach and mobilize the community.

• Fostering strong relationships with sellers, influencers, and industry partners to gather insights, identify event topics, and secure high-caliber speakers and sponsors.

• Analyzing event performance metrics and feedback to continually refine and optimize the event strategy. This data-driven approach will ensure the events deliver tangible value to sellers and align with Amazon's strategic objectives.
