Job DescriptionPurpose
Management and implementation of Visa marketing campaigns at market level as well as to delivering marketing value to our clients, working closely internal and external stakeholders that support the achievement of local business and brand objectives.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business development team to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy through proper planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation within Visa-led activations.Develop promotion and go-to-market plans in close cooperation with local, regional counterparts including CISSEE marketing team, Hub, Product team, Merchant teams, VCA, Corp Com, etc.Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives and goals. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined goals and objectives.Contribute to developing deep client partnerships by providing marketing support including marketing analysis, insight development and campaign activities to assist clients to drive Visa portfolio growthWork with local and regional stakeholders to convert client marketing incentives into tailor-made co-marketing campaigns to drive Visa and client prioritiesSupport usage of Visa Global/Regional & Local marketing assets (i.e. The Olympics Games and The FIFA World Cup) aligned with Visa and client needs.Actively support the global brand strategy by ensuring all campaigns comply with the brand strategy, visual and verbal guidelines, Visa policies.High quality execution of agreed marketing programs, evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of the programs to continuously optimize performanceManage the relationship with agencies and partners to ensure top level executionIdentify opportunities in the market through tracking of key payment trends, cardholder behavior, and evaluate them to create strategic recommendations for future business propositionsProvide in-depth understanding and analysis of payments industry, regulation, consumer trends and competitionContribute to maintaining and strengthening the Visa Brand Health score and high NPS rate in line with agreed strategyDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generating insights on customer engagement, conversion rates, and other critical metrics.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to shape marketing strategies.Track and report on budget spending, adjusting allocations as necessary to meet financial targets.Lead the document flow on all marketing campaigns in pipeline, including business case preparation and agreement inside Visa, preparation of documents with partners and agencies, closure documents validation. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on marketing performance.Provide quantitative post campaign and regular performance analysis in due time and incorporate learnings into future projectsEnsure all policies and procedures are adhered to and identify areas where these policies and procedures need local adaptationQualificationsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundationSolid experience in marketing.3-5 years in a role related to partnership marketing programs and activities realization would be advantageous. Work experience as an account manager in an international creative or media or BTL agency would be a plus.
