DescriptionThe overall scope of the Marketing Executive is to promote Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the brand Kempinski.
Key ResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office\nHandle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.\nAssist in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to:\nCreation and print of collateral\nPromotions and packages\nAdvertising\nMarket analysis\nPhoto-shootings \n\n\nMaintain hotel listings in online and offline media.\nLiaise with F&B department to promote F&B outlets.\nAssist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.\nConduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.\nProvide content and images for websites according to Corporate Identity.\nEnsure content and photography of 3rd party websites is maintained. \nEnsure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.\nMaintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines and inform colleagues.\nPlay support role in developing hotel Marketing budget and update budget figures periodically.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nLebanese Nationality\nBachelor Degree in Hospitality or in Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality \n1-2 years experience in a similar position or in a Media Agency \nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills (Additional language - beneficial)\nKnowledge of Marketing basics and technical terms\nKnowledge of graphic and print technical terms\nCopywriting skills\nCreative programmes such as photo-shop, indesign\n
