Key Responsibilities:
Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with the Manager to drive market innovation and optimize sales operations, focusing on digital marketing and customer engagement.Field Marketing Excellence: Work closely with the CFC team to ensure top-tier execution of marketing activities in the field.KOL Engagement: Collaborate with the Marketing and Medical teams to execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement programs effectively.Promo Material Development: Assist in creating promotional materials using tools like Adobe Workfront and Factory Connect. Oversee the GCMA approval process and ensure materials are accessible to the CFC team via Veeva.Process Improvement: Analyze current marketing systems and processes, proposing innovative solutions for enhancement.Project Involvement: Actively engage in assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make significant contributions.Reporting & Skill Development: Compile and track reports, and participate in meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Fieldwork: Conduct fieldwork or site visits as required.Compliance: Uphold high standards of compliance with company norms, policies, and procedures.Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.1-2 years of marketing experience is a plus.Fluent in both oral and written English.Experience in agile environments and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.This role is fixed term roleSubmission deadline: 26 Feb 2025
