Job Description

EAG Laboratories is a global scientific services company serving clients across a vast array of technology-related industries. Through multi-disciplinary expertise in the materials and engineering sciences, EAG helps companies innovate and improve products, ensure quality and safety, protect intellectual property and comply with evolving global regulations. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to assist our marketing department. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Works with Marketing Managers to determine event-specific value propositions and brand messaging; contributes email, social media and web page content to support promotional campaignsPrepare promotional presentationsCollects quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaignsAssists in performing market analysis and research on competitionHelp distribute marketing materialsSupport the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

*This is a part-time position*

Qualifications

 

Currently enrolled as a college student in Digital Media Arts, Marketing, or related fieldStrong desire to learn along with professional driveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), Video editing programs, and WordPress is highly desirableFamiliarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trendsBasic understanding of SEO and content marketing principlesAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a teamBasic data analysis skills and familiarity with marketing metricsPortfolio of creative work (writing samples, design projects, or video content) is a plus

 

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $21/per hour.
