Your Role as an Intern

You will be a part of a dynamic team, supporting the following tasks:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our global marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. You’ll contribute to various campaigns, assist in website management, and support social media initiatives while learning how to drive impactful marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Support & Campaign Development:

Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals.Support the development of marketing materials such as blogs, datasheets, and landing pages tailored to market needs.

Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate on creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising.Help maintain and update the company website to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and optimized for user experience.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on campaign performance, social media analytics, and web traffic using industry-standard tools.Provide actionable insights to enhance ongoing marketing efforts.

Social Media Management:

Assist with content planning and scheduling across social platforms.Monitor social media engagement and suggest strategies for improvement.

Event and Conference Support:

Participate in the planning and execution of industry conferences and events.Support logistics, registration, and the creation of event marketing materials.

SEO and Digital Optimization:

Learn and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.Assist in optimizing the online shop for a seamless user experience.

What Do We Require?

You must be:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO is a plus. Hubspot experience highly desired.Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.Minimum 3.0 GPAWilling and able to work on-site at our Philadelphia, PA location.Applicants MUST be US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to Carpenter’s government contracts.

Pay Range

Hourly rates are based on: 1 – Program of study; 2 – Degree type (i.e., Bachelor’s); 3 – Progression in degree (i.e., 1st year, 2nd year, etc.). The range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00 per hour.

Commuting/Housing Assistance (If Eligible)

Interns who must commute to work from outside the immediate Philadelphia, PA area (over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $2,400 (less applicable taxes) as excessive commute allowance. Interns who choose to temporarily relocate from outside the immediate Philadelphia, PA area (moving over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $4,800 (less applicable taxes) as a housing allowance. If applicable, this payment would be made during the first payroll cycle, which would be three or four weeks following the internship start date.
