Role Summary:
The Marketing Intern is the collaborative partner to the Associate Product Manager, in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for portfolio. The Intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams i.e. sales and medical affairs etc., to help drive brand growth and market positioning, through market research projects, product launches and key promotional activities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Lead the collection and analysis of data on market trends, competitor activities and customer needsDevelopment of Strategic Plan: Identify areas of opportunities and assist with any adjustments to current strategies and key messages accordinglyContent Creation:Dissection of scientific literatures and compilation of clinical findingsSupport the design and creation of marketing materials eg. brochures, leave-behind flyers, social media communication etc.Campaign/Event Support: Assist in organization and execution of workshops, symposiums and congresses for product promotion and brand awarenessOn an exceptional basis, the role may be required to work on weekends for some marketing eventsMarketing Presentation: Assist management with the collection of performance metrics and preparation of marketing reportsAdministrative support: Assist Singapore sales and marketing department in administrative duties and documentation of dataOther duties as assigned by management
Qualification & Skills:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical related fieldSelf-motivated and demonstrates ownership in their workStrong interpersonal skills with sense of teamwork and collaborationStrong ability to prioritize and execute tasks with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communications skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Reasonable Accommodations
