Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Summer Intern to join our marketing team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience and contribute to our marketing initiatives' success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to manage and maintain Tractor Supply Co.'s social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking of results. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations. Customer Engagement: Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies and initiatives. Creative Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop marketing collateral. What We Look For Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and an eye for design and content. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts. Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data. Enthusiasm for marketing and rural lifestyle. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
