British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern - Vuse – temporary role (12 months)

The role will support the product platform marketing team in executing the critical areas of innovation and design (packaging, product) to deliver the brand’s strategy and growth worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Product Innovation

Assist the Platform Manager in daily tasks and delegated workstreams throughout the process of new product developments. Deliver insightful competitive analyses (global competitors), presenting these to x-functional teams with clear analyses, conclusions, opportunities / recommended actions. Co-ordinate weekly cross-functional meetings actions and follow ups.Help in writing product concepts for new product launches.

Product Design and Consumer Research

Generate relevant briefs (packaging, product, research, change requests), communicating feedback and direction to agencies. Liaise with internal technical teams and suppliers to assess feasibility & costing.

General

Track budgets, coordinate scope of work and PO generation. Develop and update the storeroom for management meetings and research. Learn and work on internal systems such as HIVE, Coupa, etc.

What are we looking for?

Degree – marketing or business studies.Good communication, analytical, project management skills and attention to details.Good relationship building / networking skills.Discipline and ability to deliver and respect timelines.
