Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives while leading and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership with 10+ years of experience, ideally in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry or with government agencies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who excels in collaboration, project management, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business growth.Coordinate and manage marketing efforts across teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external vendors.Create and manage content for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.Oversee the production of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, case studies, and brochures.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting as necessary to meet business objectives.Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, especially in relation to government contracts or AEC projects.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or coordinator role.Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, or working with government agencies, is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media platforms.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in proposal writing and managing responses to RFPs.Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00
