**JOB PURPOSE**
The Marketing Lead is responsible for managing marketing across several brands within the group and leading marketing activities across both offline and online channels. He/she collaborates with interdepartmental functions to deliver the right KPIs for all the brands in their portfolio.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead marketing activities across multiple brands within the group, encompassing all departments including fashion, lifestyle, and pure e-commerce (Azadea.com).
- Assess business impact and invest in the appropriate communication channels. Track the budget with the team to ensure clear measurement and KPI tracking.
- Develop big campaign ideas and incorporate them into engagement strategies, delivering attractive and rewarding brand experiences to target consumers.
- Identify and analyze opportunities to increase store traffic and sales by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors.
- Manage interdepartmental communications and build relationships with commercial, local, social media marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's strategic direction and goals.
- Integrate marketing strategy to set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness.
- Build strategic relationships with key platform partners and professionals to create a strong network.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
**Qualifications**
**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
**Language Proficiency**
- Fluency in English.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office.
**Specific Expertise**
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics, MMP (Branch/Adjust).
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
**EXPERIENCE**
**General Experience**
Six to eight years of experience in Marketing, or a similar role.
**Managerial Experience**
Three years of experience in a managerial role.
