Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Auto Cluster with expertise in content marketing strategy formulation and digital marketing execution. The role is critical in shaping and implementing digital marketing initiatives, focusing on product marketing, lead generation, client retention, and brand elevation within the competitive automotive market.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management, commercial, and product teams to develop content marketing strategies and calendars aligned with market trends. Contribute at a senior management level to align marketing messages with business strategies and industry dynamics. Create and optimize compelling digital content to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences, aligning with the product roadmap. Apply SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and campaign ROI. Execute strategies for lead generation, client retention, and product promotion, focusing on positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Work with design teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. Develop digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media advertising) to drive web traffic and attract qualified prospects. Optimize conversion paths and user journeys through content and CRM strategies. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize efforts and achieve targeted ROI. Align marketing strategies with business objectives through collaboration with management, commercial, product, and analytics teams. Partner with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Use marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager) to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies. Prepare reports and presentations highlighting campaign results, trends, and insights. Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent. Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO) are advantageous. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport. Minimum of 5 years in mid to senior-level digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on content marketing, lead generation, and product marketing. Automotive industry experience is advantageous. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and adapt to dynamic industry changes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced CRM utilization skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing technology. Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making. :
