JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated communication strategies that engage, inform, and convert business customers. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all touchpoints, driving awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, experience managing multi-channel campaigns, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to craft messaging that resonates with business decision-makers.
Essential Functions
Customer Communication Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement B2B communication strategies that align with brand positioning, business goals and customer insights Craft clear, compelling messaging for different segments of business customers, ensuring consistency across all channels including email, website, social media, paid media and sales enablement materials Enhance the B2B customer journey with targeted touchpoints using a combination of email, social, SMS and 1:1 communication. Optimize messaging and content to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer loyalty
Campaign Management & Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels to generate leads and support sales efforts Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, thought leadership content and targeted messaging Manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with sales and promotion priorities Track and optimize campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
Content Development & Thought Leadership
Partner with creative team to create compelling and targeted content for B2B audiences and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Create and manage content that positions the company as an industry leader, including blog posts, email nurture campaigns and social media content Ensure all customer communications align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging strategy
Customer Insights & Performance Optimization
Analyze customer data, market trends, and campaign performance to continuously refine communication strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation Partner with B2B sales teams to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for engagement Develop and present monthly performance reports for B2B marketing campaigns with actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
4-year DegreeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer communications or related rolesStrong understanding of B2B buyer personas, decision-making processes and customer lifecycle marketingExperience executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social paid media and content marketingExcellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for business audiencesAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret and optimize marketing performanceStrong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives forwardExperience with marketing automation tools (eg. HubSpot), digital analytic tools (eg. Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce) preferred Experience working with creative teams and managing agency partnersAAP/EEO Statement
