Within our growing Amazon Ads Marketing organization, we are seeking creative and innovative Creator Marketing Manager to join the Thirdparty Co-Marketing & Events Team focused on US Small Businesses (SMB). This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of our Amazon Ads creator content and our greater Amazon Ads B2B Creator Program. As part of this program, this role works directly with our creator partners and agencies to launch content that drives awareness and provides education to US SMBs on our Amazon Ads solutions.

The right candidate will be creative, collaborative, results oriented, customer obsessed and execute with high standards. This right candidate is fluent in creator marketing best practices and knows how to collaborate with agencies and creators to build world-class digital marketing campaigns. This person will be passionate about the power of working with creators as partners to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns. This person is comfortable with ambiguity and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly. This person will have experience evaluating and reporting on the performance of creator content and creator channels to optimize performance over time. This person should have experience testing and evaluating paid performance of creator marketing to drive success across channels.


Key job responsibilities
- Creative ideation and openness to testing new creator formats and channels to drive business outcomes
- Develop briefs to be shared with agency and creator partners that balance business priorities and customer needs
- Brief creator and agency partners to enable them to execute their very best work
- Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams (business leads, product marketing, PR, Legal) to identify creative campaign opportunities and deliver integrated programs
- Develop and share channel marketing best practices, plus bring continuous innovation to creator touchpoints
- Develop and lead an annual creator marketing calendar that is customer obsessed
- Grow the number of US creator partners we work with in partnership with our agency
- Test and evaluate the performance of new digital channels in partnership with our agency and creators
- Own creator campaign reporting for our internal stakeholders
- Manage creator budget allocation in partnership with leadership

The global SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) marketing team serves sales unmanaged advertisers globally. Our mission is twofold: 1) Grow Amazon Ads awareness & consideration amongst SMBs globally 2) Drive Sponsored Ads demand for the self service (SSO) channel.
