Marketing Manager, Brand and Demand

**Job Description:**
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand and demand for Ormco. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional commercial team to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that will accelerate above-market growth while meeting organizational objectives.
Responsibilities will include developing and owning the North American marketing brand and demand plan, downstream commercial strategies and tactics including generating leads and driving conversions, new product launch execution, outbound marketing content and innovative business solutions to address market trends.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across different channels, including email, paid search, social media marketing, and web/landing pages.
+ Develop and execute annual brand plan to include new product launch, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotion strategy.
+ Collaborate with Product Marketing on market research and VOC events to maximize product effectiveness in the market.
+ Category knowledge including positioning, market analysis, competitive strategy, pricing, and promotion to maximize market share and profitability.
+ Have a strong pulse on relevant trends, consumer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions.
+ Work closely with legal, regulatory, finance and other cross functional partners to effectively navigate the internal and external environment to achieve desired results.
+ Be a self-starter, detail oriented and adhere to and implement processes and protocols
+ Be a team player who collaborates and communicates effectively
+ Demonstrate that you are a dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader view of business objectives, but still skilled at managing projects and the details therein to completion, on-time and on-budget
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Strategic— must be able to make decisions quickly that drive Company goals and objectives.
+ Communication— must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. Creative writing experience a plus.
+ Self-reliant — must be able to create, write and execute his/her marketing plans (doesn’t rely on an agency or others to execute their work).
+ Analytical– must be able to evaluate marketing program return-on-investment and make recommendations to improve program structure for Company and customers.
+ Creative – must be able to generate out-of box solutions and have experience writing/editing copy and directing graphic design.
+ Leader — must be willing to take risks, self-confidence and the ability to work with all departments in the organization and higher levels of management.
+ Influence — must be able to influence direct reports, peers, leadership staff, internal and external customers.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.

**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field equivalent
+ Minimum 5 years of marketing related experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry; Medical device, dental industry, and/or regulated category experience preferred
+ Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate office in Brea, CA. Must be able to work a 'hybrid' schedule. "Remote" is not an option for this role.

**Target Market Salary Range:**
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
