Craft and implement groundbreaking marketing strategies targeting healthcare providers.Develop core messaging that resonates, driving impactful tools and value propositions for healthcare providers.Strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns to elevate awareness and adoption.Build captivating content for multiple audiences through presentations, webinars, videos, and case studies.Analyze strategic efficiency through metrics, adjusting plans for maximum success.Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners, encouraging harmony across teams.Engage with customers through written and verbal communication, KOL engagement, and industry events.Keys to Success:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and sales enablement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, global marketing, training and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to increase ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Experience:
5+ years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields preferred.Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives.Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges.Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.Experience in clinician engagement preferred.Skills & Abilities:
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.Great teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools.Coachable with a strive to learn and succeed.Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Florida is $94,000.00–$135,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
