What you'll be doing1 in 3 hospitalized patients are at risk of disease related malnutrition. That’s why, each day, we strive to advance the case for nutrient intervention to improve healthcare outcomes, across all patient care settings. Baxter's Clinical Nutrition business in the US is a leader in Parenteral Nutrition (PN).
The Marketing Manager for Establish PN Solutions and Analytics is a strategic, analytical, and creative marketing professional responsible for the leadership and growth of the established PN portfolio, as well as for conducting business analytics for the overall Clinical Nutrition portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to convert data into action. The team member will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for US Clinical Nutrition and will be given every opportunity to grow their career at Baxter.
Key Responsibilities:Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a large portfolio of established PN solutions, that align with overall business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channelsProactively find opportunities by using various commercial analyticsGather and analyze data from various sources, such as sales reports, market research, and digital analytics tools, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectivenessPerform ad hoc and deep dive analyses to uncover and understand market, product, customer, and competitive dynamicsDetermine and implement pricing strategies that optimize business performanceDetermine financial and product demand forecastsDrive delivery on competitive intelligence, business intelligence & reporting, critical metrics, dashboarding, brand performance measurements, and analyticsConduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaignsManage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaignsMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizationWhat you'll bringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Sales experience is a plus.Strategic mind-set and strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisionsExperience developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channelsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to both internal and external partnersDisciplined project management skills, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlinesStrong collaborative skills, working effectively with internal partners including clinical teamsNative understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirementsProficient in MS Office suiteBaxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - 143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
