Goldin is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our Pop Culture & Non-Sports collectibles marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pop culture (Film, Music, TV, Hollywood) and for collectibles, with a strong background in developing and driving growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategy creation, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of both the pop culture and collectibles markets to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
What you will accomplish:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively promote our non-sports collectibles and drive revenue growth.Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.Foster relationships with key pop culture industry influencers, partners, and collectors to expand our reach and build brand loyalty.Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content, including email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials.Conduct market research to identify trends within the non-sports collectibles industry and gain insights into customer preferences and behaviors.Oversee the budget for marketing campaigns and ensure all activities deliver a strong return on investment.Analyze campaign performance data to evaluate success and find opportunities for optimization.Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies and social media trends to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.What you will bring:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing (growth or brand), with a focus on the pop culture industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies across various channels.Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.A deep understanding of the collectibles market and consumer behavior.
