Marketing Manager, Public Safety

Essential Functions: + Be attuned to the development of the market in APAC: market landscape, competitive landscape & updates and customers development + Be involved in the formulation and execution of regional marketing plan (strategic imperatives, growth drivers & key programs) + Drive marketing concepts to both internal and external team members (distributors) + Oversee development of activities related to professional marketing, including KOL management, expert meetings/conferences, advisory board management, speakers/trainers management, (clinical) newsletter etc. + Develop new product launch plans and oversee the successful implementation and execution of product launches throughout target region + Monitor new products i.e., sales (revenues, units), sales growth, market share and margins + Prepare and adapt marketing materials and ensure that the materials are available for distribution in accordance with the company’s cycle action plan + Understanding of competitive landscape, gathering of market intelligence and data for analysis and strategy formulation Required/ Preferred Education and Experience: + 5 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing experience of similar capacity + Marcom, Multi Media experience, with ability to lobby for government legislation, funding, and media coverage of key events would be an advantage. + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care, Marketing or related field + Regional exposure to Marketing Communications and Multi-Media initiatives + Basic knowledge in entire product management + Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. Enjoys interacting and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers + Technically savvy with electronic media and computer skills + Experience with execution of marketing / product management & clinical activities preferred ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
