As a Starbucks Marketing Manager, you will lead the integrated marketing strategy and execution of our Fall campaign to engage our customers and deepen their love for Starbucks.  You will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, and develop communication strategies to engage our customers at all points along the customer journey.

As a marketing manager, US Retail Integrated Marketing Strategy (Fall), you will… 

 

·         Lead the seasonal campaign work for our Fall planning period - balancing short-term and long-term marketing priorities across all communications channels.

·         Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for key marketing initiatives - proactively identifying new opportunities to support Brand engagement throughout the year.

·         Lead the marketing strategy for our key product priorities for the season – beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte as well as other returning favorites and new introductions.

·         Manage the creation of marketing strategic priorities, and work with other marketing teams to create briefs and evaluate creative work with our agencies, ensuring output is on strategy and on budget.

·         Develop and implement marketing research plans in partnership with Consumer Insights & Analytics to inform Go-To-Market strategies and creative briefs.

·         Partner with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects and resolve issues.  Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and conflict is resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.

·         Support the development of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps and marketing business cases for new programs or initiatives. 

We’d love to hear from people with:

 

·         Minimum 3+ years of brand management experience

·         Minimum 3+ years of project management experience

·         Ability to work proactively, collaboratively

·         Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively

·         Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. 

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. 

 

If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week.

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
