We are looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented Marketing Manager Amazon EMEA to develop and carry out the Amazon EU-wide marketing strategy for SteelSeries. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence on and off Amazon, creating demand, and ensuring premium marketing execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Amazon sales team, regional marketing teams, esports and influencer marketing teams, creative and operational teams, and external agencies. The role is open to candidates across Europe for remote work. Expect approximately 20 days of travel per year to meet with customers and colleagues. **Core Responsibilities** · Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon EU-wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company aspirations and marketing goals. · Define and carry out the advertising strategy for Amazon, leveraging Sponsored Ads, DSP, and other available tools to maximize visibility and conversion. · Collaborate with and challenge our advertising agency to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI. · Work closely with regional marketing teams to synergize regional & Amazon marketing campaigns and optimize product launches. · Work closely with the esports and influencer teams to integrate gaming ambassadors and content creators into our Amazon marketing approach. · Partner with creative and operational teams to enhance our brand presence on Amazon, including optimizing product listings, A+ content, and brand stores. · Analyze marketing performance data, identify insights, and adjust strategies to continuously improve performance. · Stay up to date with Amazon trends, best practices, and new marketing tools to keep SteelSeries ahead of the competition. · Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across EMEA to ensure a consistent and localized approach for different markets. **Qualifications And Skill Requirements** · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · 3-5+ years of experience in Amazon marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing. · Understanding of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads & DSP) and experience managing large-scale campaigns. · Strong ability to work with and manage external agencies to produce results. · Experience in working with esports, influencers, or gaming-related marketing. · Highly intuitive with a data-driven approach to decision-making. · Proficient project management skills with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously in a high-demand environment. · Verbal and written communication skills in English; German or French would be beneficial. **Why Join Us** · SteelSeries is a prominent global gaming brand, on the hunt for Glory; equipping every gamer to level up their game through innovative gear and software gamers need and love. · You will join a motivated, committed and innovative team that carry out responsibilities whilst having fun. · Opportunity to impose changes and contribute to marketing strategies at Europe’s biggest e-commerce platform: Amazon. · Attractive pay and benefits package. **Apply Now** If you're ready to join our path to glory, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining why you'd bring significant value to the role and our team! \#LI-GNGroup GN brings people closer through our leading intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions.
