Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Responsibilities Brief and influence channel owners, to ensure the consistent execution on a campaign propositions Interpret the campaign propositions into briefs that are going to get the creative juices flowing – including seasonal, brand, service and category campaignsCollaborate with the lead creative and media agency to develop creative and media plansImplement and execute media plans, project managing these to budget and delivery requirementsInfluence internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of campaigns Work closely with all channels across the business to develop integrated plans for customer campaignsDevelop a strong network with commercial and digital to implement best in class campaignsTake the ROI plan and execute to the local market requirementsEffectively implement campaigns in line with budget, elevating any risks or concernsProtect and drive our brand, influencing agency to ensure campaigns protect Screwfix’s visual identitySupport the month end process, ensuring invoices are raised and processed in a timely, accurate manner Qualifications An ability to inspire others to develop creative ideasStrong judgement – able to articulate why something does / doesn’t meet a briefCommercial acumen, able to understand and challenge to get the best customer offerStrong stakeholder management across multiple departmentsAbility to coordinate and administer multiple pieces of workAble to identify what needs to be done and doesn’t wait for instruction to make the right thing happenAble to engage effectively with peers and senior members of the teamAble to turn insight and strategy into action and plansNot essential, but a deep understanding of the retail landscape would be advantageous or experience of media buying / creative development
